From this enchanted childhood came the opportunity to meet chefs and discover many establishments that have forged and inspired both my tastes and my sensitivity and developed my curiosity. My career has always focused on catering, hospitality and the desire to discover (my) new addresses by sharing writing.
After several years in Paris, and as a real “gourmet Globe-trotter”, here I am back on Ma Riviera de cœur where I wanted to create a digital journal of Gastronomic Chronicles, in order to share my discoveries and my impressions about restaurants, hotels. , bars or places, where it is good to live a moment of pleasure, goodness, beauty and well-being … but also, sometimes, to express my disappointments, as a client and professional while trying to remain fair and sincere.
